Rotor rotates while hand winding (my first repair attempt)

I'm trying to repair a cheaper gen watch with swiss 2824-2 movement. The rotor keeps rotating while hand winding. In suche cases I usually bring the watch to a watch smith but I thought it might be a good idea to try to fix it by myself. After some research I found out that the problem could be the automatic winding unit. So I removed the unit and replaced the four gear wheels with new ones which I ordered from my local watch smith. After that I put everything back together and applied moebius d5 oil. Gladly the automatic winding works but the problem is still there. What could I try next to repair the movement? Or did I just do something wrong (like oiling). I would appreciate any advice or suggestions.

Some rotation of the rotor is to be expected when hand winding, but excessive rotation of the rotor is indicative of a problem with the reversing wheels in the automatic device. Typically, the rotor turns the most when slowly hand winding a level movement. When winding it quickly, or winding it when the movement is vertical, it might start to move a little, but shouldn't move as quickly as when slowly hand winding it. The reversing wheels need very little to no lubricant particularly if they are new; my understanding is that they come treated from the factory with a small amount of lubricant. (The pivots are still oiled; I am talking about the pawls inside the reversing wheels).
