Rotated dial

Ok so after research pulled the trigger and order a panthere 22mm. I have very kindly been sent the qc for me to give the gl. But think the dial is rotated? Or is this still gl. Am I allowed to post pics of it on here?

Looks good to me, but with my eyes I wouldn’t be able to see it at 26mm it could be anything
