As far as I know Sead at Supermirrors can get you any available kw model and he accepts paypal. I will just order kw PAM 359 for a friend of mine and I pay with PP everytime. Don't know for other TD's.

Ask several dealers for KW PAM 388 , some of them are working with Kuvarsit watches.
Ask Toro, Intime, Sora, TSwatch...
