Hello guys,

I am looking for a new watch to which I felt in love with.
The new Rol Yachtmaster with grey dial and bright blue second hand.

I searched the forum now for quite a while but I wanted to ask you guys if someone of you can tell me about the different rep versions or the differences between the factories. The advantages and disadvantages of the versions. Which one do you recommend in terms of cost-value-ratio? Doesn't need to be 99% perfect, 80% will do if price will be less accordingly. :dancing:

And maybe someone of you guys already has this model as a rep? Maybe you could post some pictures with info about price and factory/version of the watch?

I really would appreciate that.

This is starting to grow on me. But another Rolex? My box is full of them. I'd have to put one of them in a box with Breitlings and Omegas. :)

This would be my first Rolex... So I am not into this brand yet.
At the moment I only have genuine as well as rep Breitling...

I am waiting for my Noob version of this watch with the SA3135. Very excited to get it :) I read a lot on this forum, and if you are just having a stock version, the Noob seem to be the best choice.

get the noob,then have a watchsmith put a gen dw and a gen crystal and you have a pretty damn beautiful watch

Lug size should be 20mm. You might want to consider the B rubber straps at PureTime. The ends are curved and fit nicely around the circumference of the case. Its available in blue, but not the shade of blue of the Yachtmaster's second hand. The straps can be found under Rolex accessories on PureTime's website. Hope this helps.

Yachtmaster is the sexiest Rolex. The rhodium, rolesium, and blue. Gold is a little much for me though.

Someone posted some pics of a YM with a rubber strap on a thread a few days ago. No one liked it. It just looked wrong. I did a quick search to see if I could find a link but no luck. I just okayed my QC pics for the rolesium version.

I have had Rubber straps on a couple of Gens. Looks Ok to me

I think the picture in the post was with a black rubber strap. Someone suggest a black strap with a red line to match the second hand. They included the pic of the strap. I just had another look for the thread and still can't find it. It was only a couple of days ago. Never mind. We like what we like hey.
