Rolex with eta

Is there any option to buy one of those watches with an eta movement that will come with the watch?
without changing it alone?

Rolex have no working relationship with ETA, so no, not possible.

Better to purchase the watch you want and an ETA have it installed by a watchmaker, that way you know exactly what's inside the watch.

You would need to have a high beat ETA with a stem height of approx' 1.8 mm converted to GMT - you'd need to speak to a watchmaker.

Dude, try doing some research on your own.
You need to contact one of the RWI watchmakers listed on the forum and then you need to purchase the movement he asks you buy along with the watch (and probably other parts such as a movement holder and hands) and have it all sent to him to fit. He will then fit it and send the completed watch and the spare parts back to you.
