It sure looks gen to me though the invoice is showing the customer exchanged a Blue/Gold dial and insert for the same color dial/insert in '99....which is consistant with the Swiss T-25 dial and Flat 4 style insert. That's a very fair price too....if it's something you're wanting, I'd say go for it.
