after a few weeks on the wrist I’d like to post a short review about the watch. After having converversation with @RepPossessed about which watch I’m looking for, I decided to take the Submariner Date with the 2813 movement.
He answered as quick as always, and delivery time was just as promised. The watch was perfectly secured, wrapped in layers of paper. And the now the most important part: the quality is superb! Of course, I’m not THE biggest expert, but to my eye and comparing it to pictures of the gen, it’s brilliant! And what you have to consider is the price, so I guess at this price point there’s no better you can get.
I removed a few links of the bracelet to make it fit, which was easy, and it wears really nice. The 2813 is pretty accurate and power reserve is very good.
Overall I’m absolutely happy with the watch, and for sure it won’t be my last! Actually I’m already thinking about which one will be next ;-) I may not be sure in this point, but what I can say for sure is which dealer I’ll talk to when I’ve made a decision! @RepPossessed is absolutely great in communication, service, shipping and price. If you’re looking for great quality and service, just go straight forward and talk to him, you won’t regret it.
