This was the base for my franken before I switched it to a CF base (I prefer the crispier rehaut of the CF).
It's been water resistance checked at 6 bars, passed.
The bezel felt loose , easy to rotate, so I added a thin piece of tape inside the groove where the hyrtel ring sits, then installed the hyrtel ring inside the groove over the tape. Bezel is firm, and rotates with a satisfying resistance.
I added the CF bracelet to fix the SEL gaps, but there was an obvious difference in the brushing of the lugs and bracelet. So I re-brushed both with the same grit.
This was used for a couple months, so there are some light surface marks on the bracelet. Nothing deep that I can see.
