According to By-tor this is the same with WM9 v1.

Accepts genuine crystal, bezel and insert AFAIK.

But its not 1:1 to the gen. LOL.

It needs some mods like CG mod and lume, etc.

Nothing beats BK's WM9 v2.

Idk if it will actually accept a gen bezel or crystal... it will accept a gen insert, but it will need to be sanded in order to fit.

just asking since 99% of ppl who say its the best sub out there dont own one..
if you own one would be nice to get your opinion since I never know who really owns one and whos just repeating info they've heard in a giant PR storm

Just by looking at pictures and comparing it my brother's gen M serial. I know its one of the best out there.

what I meant was most of the time 99% of the time, ppl who say that the wm9 is the best sub have 1 never owned one.. and 2 never seen one in person..

I owned a wm9 v1 and it was a great sub..
really was.

However put it side by side to my MBK M series..... and honestly the differences were not visable. unless perhaps I put it under a micro lense - the price difference surely was though..

It's called somebody answering a question instead of always pointing people to the "Search button" which is actually quite poor:

The WMP v2 LV (which is the 50th Anniversary w/green bezel), the one currently in the works and taking some time to perfect, isn't cheap. Check it out, along with the TT (which is the two-tone) over at WM9's site for prices (the lower price means waiting about 3 months, 1 month at the higher price) and pics. You can buy one from bklm1234, who gets stock from WM9 and assembles himself and fixes a few minor flaws. He seems to be a perfectionist, very honest, and best of all, patient!
