I ordered one of these from Sead a couple of weeks ago, and I assume it is identical to the one that he posted here in this thread 2 days ago. It is a beautiful watch for sure.

I've never seen one of these in person (rep or gen) so I am a horrible person to ask for a review. There is AR on the cyclops with a very slight blue tint - nowhere near as blue as the AP Diver v3 blue tint. The rehaut engraving is extremely nice and nearly perfectly lined up with the numbers on the dial. The dial and bezel seem to be reflective and glossy which I didn't expect. Because of my noobness I expected the ceramic bezel to be much more matte like the ceramic bezel on the JLC NSD.

This watch oozes quality. I'm really really impressed. I'm no expert on SEL fit, but it looks very tight to me with no major gaps and and very minor wiggle, about the same or tighter fit than my gen Tissot and much tighter than my rep Tag Aquaracer.
