Well it looks genuine to me, it is a 15233 with oyster two-tone bracelet
- 19mm bracelet with 7x micro adjustment holes
- 19mm bracelet two-tone with solid gold centre-links
- correct model configuration (i.e. 34mm + gold engine-turned bezel + two-tone + T SWISS MADE T dial + sapphire glass) + small 5.3mm crown
- correct small details (e.g. second hands + bracelet's mid link proportion for 19mm bracelet)
A genuine 15233 looks can look like this with gold engine-turned bezel and oyster bracelet
What makes you think this is not real?
Everything looks gen to me. If a factory will ever replicate a case as well as that one then sign me up.
Bracelet and DW looked strange to me at first xD
