Hi i'm interested in purchasing one too. Curious to what the tales/flaws are. I want an LV though, also want a good LV rep. I was going to pick one up from BK/WM9. However, if this is almost as good i'll get it instead. Help please!!!

BK's is the best you can get.
There are alot of flaws on LV reps. Crown guards, pearl, bezel insert not recessed. And more. Most people wont even notice. Only the watch geeks like us will care.

Asia ETA 2836-2 = 28,800vph

The a21j that are the 21,600vph ones. But there are a21j 28,8 too, although you won´t see these around that much.

I ordered this watch along with another last Thurs and received today! Amazing turnaround from Hont.

I own a GMTIIc so this is my second Rolex rep. It definitely looks like a noob factory watch based on what I've read on this board. Dislikes:

(a) insert not recessed enough
(b) crown on the large side
(c) bracelet definitely in need of lubrication
(d) lume not that great

Likes

(a) rehaut nicely cylindrical, not wokky, with decent depth and width
(b) no rehaut engraving
(c) good sweep of second had at 28,800vph

So while some mods are in order, I'm happy with this purchase at $160!

pearl physically looks fine and is well centered. The lume is ok as well once charged, but fades quickly. The insert is the biggest issue with this watch I believe. In the mods section, there a thread that discusses shaving these down. But you have to remove the insert from the bezel in order to do this and I think that means popping out the bezel from the case. I tried doing this and wasn't able to...maybe I needed to use more force, but I didn't want to break the watch on it's second day.

BTW, oiling the bracelet on this watch is a must. Did so yesterday and feels much better today. Again, instruction on how to do this and what lubricant to use in the mods section.

apparently you can pop out the insert after removing the pearl, but that means having to disgard the insert that came with the watch for another aftermarket one. Not sure if it's worth really...
