for what it's worth, from what i've seen of dealers recently, many/all have military versions with fixed bars -- in fact, they've gone to the other extreme, offering a lot of their supposedly standard non-military 5513, 5512, etc models (even, ridiculously enough, their "tiffany" and "cartier" jewelry-store versions) with fixed bars, military markings on the caseback, etc.
my problem for years has been / is to find a non-military 5513 that isn't wrong for seven different reasons (including ridiculously yellow/orange lume on dial/hands).
so, yes, bump-bump, if that is a collection of reps, details please!! dealers, mods, the works!!
