Are parts between V2 and V3 compatible (crown, caseback, crystal)

I doubt it. I'm pretty sure the Milgauss has been a 39mm watch, and this looks 41mm not including the crown. If that's the case, then absolutely nothing would be interchangeable except the bracelet and the movement and maybe the hands.
Someone correct me. It's late and my brain isn't fact-checking itself.
