Hi, looking for help here.
The Rolex logo on my Datejst 41 jubilee bracelet dropped off after literally 2 wears, and unfortunately I could not find it. If I could, it would have been a 5min fix with some epoxy.
I contacted Andrew immediately after noticing, and so far after 3mths of repeated follow up emails, there has been no resolution.
I would just like to get that tiny part to glue on myself. I'm not even asking for a whole new bracelet, but it seems that the excuse is that VSF is still not operational. Is there literally no other factory that has an extra part?
I would have been OK waiting, but what irritates me is that Andrew even had the nerve to blame me for the logo dropping. I quote "I believe you pulled the clasp using the crown and that’s why it came off. Please pull from the sides of the bracelet". The funny thing is, for this style of bracelet, the logo is completely flush with the clasp and you can't even attempt to open the clasp using the logo.
Any help would be appreciated.
