Check the TD's. Some factories make iced out Reps.

But I wouldn't buy a bad rep just because its iced out. Odds are it will look bad. I took a look on that site and I wouldn't buy.

TD's just sell what companies make.

I know TW factory makes them - but they are not good reps IMO quality wise. Any TD should be able to source an iced out TW watch. Puretime, trusty time, Lucy, Saed, etc. Go with your normal TD / someone you like.

The problem is any fake diamond is that it alone ia a huge tell. CZ can discolor over time and can be visually picked out by an experienced jeweler after they start aging in my experience. Moissanite can look off in direct light and can reflect color weirdly. The already iced out reps use garbage quality fake stones and will be a tell. Side by side with Gen you can tell yours is fake.

If you are adamant on an iced out watch you should find the best Rep for that model (read the forums) and find a local jeweler who will put stones on a watch. I dont know of anyone on here offering the service. It will be expensive but if you dont want lose stones / garbage quality, you would need to pay for it.

EDIT:

To be clear, moissanite is better than CZ for watches. Still can look off side to side with Gen. TW claims the stones are diamonds, but I hightly doubt that for anything under a grand.

If you want 1:1 diamond glow, get lab diamonds. Moissanite is leagues from CZs, but still not in the same ball park as lab or real diamonds.

But: SI stones with a less white color are not that expensive. You can get a full bezel stone set for around 500-600€ BUT without setting and work on the bezel.

The thing is that rep ice looks horrible and cheap. The cz they use is bottom of the barrel quality wise and the setting is super bad. Im setting moissanite in my 15710 bezel and its going to cost about $800 total for the stones and setting. This is only for the bezel. The whole watch would wasily cost me over $3K at the very least. But its worth the $800 because it will be set by an expert jeweler and not some sweatshop in China. I would say stay away from iced out reps and save up money to set stones on a plain jane rep.

What TD sells that?

I highly doubt they are Swarovski for a reasonable price. You are talking a few bucks a stone for high end small artificial stones, for example:

http://www.alliumblue.com/created-diamond-round-cut-0-7mm-c-6387_15416_15417.html

A 36mm Datejust uses 1.5 (IIRC) for the bezel which are about 7 a piece and you need at minimum (eye ball alone) 70 stones.

Stones alone for the watch would be $X,XXX. Your entire budget would be spent on stones alone.

I have not used Asian 7750. Which website did you use? I cant find that model on his site under rollis submariner on the real website.

I wouldnt doubt any TD here. But I would research the best watch factories first. A cz watch may look 'gen like' for a couple months in the right lighting, but wont pass for real diamonds left alone the watch looking real. The only factory I know of making that type of bezel is GMF and maybe noob.

Here is a thread about diamond allignment issues:

https://forum.replica-watch.info/fo...as/9192710-diamond-insert-for-rolex-sub/page2

Diamond Rolex watches are either from Rolex or after market. From Rolex are insanely expensive. This wont pass for Gen. Or you have aftermarket (more common, especially bezel) but, again, they use real diamonds and unless the factory is using hand placed synthetic it will not look real. Then you need to worry about the actual mechanics, specs, etc.

Its your call. I think stones need to be hand placed. I also know my wives synthetic diamonds tend to sparkle more than the real thing. And although I trust our TD's, factories are known for being less than honest. A bit of reading on the forum will expose controversy.

Personal opinion here...

So,if we all know that normal reps come with issues, like numbers alignment, or bad dial finishes, or bad inserts, etc etc what makes you think an iced Rolex rep with come perfectly ensambled? Like, go and check Youtube videos, even the rappers and artists that spend millions icing their watches with aftermarket diamons get those diamonds falling down from the watch apart from making it horrible...

What I don't understand is that you are able to spend $3.000 on a rep but you won't actually spend it in a nice gen, that comes with the nice box, papers and a full new experience. Even if you don't want a gen, why not spending those $3.000 in 4/5 top level reps you really like? That would be much better (I think) and you would enjoy it way more...

I think you won't like that iced Rolex, NO WAY will pass as a gen, and it's quality won't be as good as you are specting but this is just my opinion and you needto do what makes you happy =)
