My Fantasy build 1680 ( 29mmdial)

Hi,
First idea was to build a 1680 red sub.......but no way to do a budget build....i found no case....i found no dial.....i found a Dial but anyway no case.....dont find a movement....no case...pfffffff everything expensive.....
Ok .....no 1680 possible for me.....
But i found a vintage Rep nothing like gen but ok for trying a vintagebuild!!!
This was what i have buy

Plexi broken and no cyclope.... Lume to yellow ...hands too big....Bad Crown...Case Form needs reshape and the crownguard too close and too Long
Than after reshaping the case and crownguard ,i reshaped the Crown too!!! I ordered a new plexi with cyclope and ordered smaller hands.
The First result!

The next step will be reluming the hands and dial with vintage lume( Color Creme) and lightly aging of the case

I know it is not the best Dial.
I know it is not the right size.
But it is fun to do from a Bad Rep a nice vintage lookalike;-)

Case looks good. First thing I would do is get a new dial, Rafflestime and Helenarou both sell 29mm dials that should fit this case.

I can only order in eu cause custom problem....:-(

Yes,it is cool to get expierience with cheaper versions,before i kill expensive parts ( like gen or rare Rep parts )
I am Waiting of vintage lume that i ordered today. someone a idea how to fix the plexi?
I don't want to spend Lot of Money for expensive watchmaker glue??!!!

New plexi with very good cyclope
Hands aged and relume
Non sel worked( pollished smoth ,round edges)

Looks great, where did you get the bezel insert and pearl?

I take this One from the watch and build the Pearl mysellf;-)
I relume the Pearl with Lume ,and that i do a transparent resin on it!
