I would just look out for every other DiW Carbon Sea Dweller you see in the wild and then have a close look and see if it looks real to your eyes. Hint: if the wearer isn't a famous rock star or black ball player, it's most likely fake. Therefore . . . the main problem with a DiW is YOU, YOU, and YOU. Can YOU pull this off? If you can, the watch is just fine, as you're the only one within 10,000 miles who wears one. But if you are not rock star material, wearing a DiW is probably a surefire giveaway that your watch is a fake. Same goes for a Tiffany Patek, btw.
