Hi everyone, i just purchased this watch from a replica site for 230 $, since that s the first replica im getting, i dont really know the quality standards, so i would like to know if the watch i got is a good replica or i got scammed.

PS : who has the best replica rolex Sea dweller, im willing to pay up to 400$, i want something that looks pretty real.

$230 is by no means a scam price. In fact it could be a really good price. What movement is in it? Its not the latest version, but still not bad.

What does the "AAA" sticker on the crystal mean? I hope it's not supposed to mean "AAA" grade. I don't know anything about the Rollies, so this is a learning opportunity for me.

the seller said its an asian movement and i dont know wich one it is exactly! 21j maybe.

Based on gioaramani's post, i think the one i got is the version 4, if you guys think im wrong please correct me

PS: how can i adjust the strap of this watch, is a regular jeweler would be able to do that for me.

the noobfactory version is in my opinion the best. it can be found at timeshops and eurotime, plus hont can probably source it as well. if yours is the asian 21j you over paid a little. good price for an eta clone though.

your looks like v3 or v4.
the AAA sticker really means nothing. most watches that are dropped ship have it. alot of the dealers that actually qc take it off.

the bracelet can be easily adjusted with a small screw driver. the glide lock clasp can be popped up with you thumbnail to adjust further.

Because i m thinking of returning this one to the original seller and get the V5 from eurotimes, as the review of gioarmani shows some really good pictures of the one purchased from eurotimes.

What does the sweep look like?

Plus you will want to pop the back and look at the movement.

If its AAA, usually its either Swiss or Asian and is at 28.8k BPH

If you see chinese words on a paper sticker ont he plastic with the bracelet when you receive it, with 2836-2, it should be asian.

When you adjust the time, if it feels loose and cheap, it is asian.
Look at the second hand, if it ticks 6 times a second it means 21j, if it ticks 8 times a second it means 28.8k, which can be Swiss ETA or Asian 2836.

You can open up the case back and take a few shots, I'm sure the real professional guys here will be able to help you.

Over all it looks good. The bezel insert looks like it's a V2 which had numbers that were a little thick, but the others generally had numbers that were a little thin, so it's a toss-up. I think if it's an asian 21J movement the price you paid was steep, but it could have been worse.

For future reference - if you really want to fool someone who knows alot about what they are looking at, go with a WM9 Sub. The Sub is plentiful, not outrageously expensive, and has had multiple small changes over the years. It makes it hard for anyone except a true expert to tell it's a rep unless they open it up. Just my $0.02

i wish i could get one from WM9, but don t you have to wait like 2 months, i went on their site, but i have to say their site is pretty confusing.
