Rolex Datejust ARF or VSF?

Hi, I am going to buy my first rep watch today, which should be the Datejust with grey dial. I want to buy the watch from JTime, because I had read about the guaranteed shipping in Europe. The Question I have now is what is the big difference between the ARF and VSF. Is it worth to pay 150$ more for the VSF? whats your opinion on these two?

I just lack the experience and have another model, what should be very good. From Clear Factory, so now I am between 3 factorys..

It depends on the flaw you can live with.

Most watches have 1 or 2, many watches have 5-6.

You can Franken to get rid of them, or you can buy one you're contempt with and live with it.

Put all 3 factories side by side by side. If you can’t see a major difference then buy what you can afford to spend. Believe me, no one will walk up to you with a loupe and point out all the flaws in your rep.

36MM or 41MM? I prefer GMF if you're talking 36MM

You will end up buying the more expensive rep at some point - that's the inevitable outcome once you take the first step in this hobby. The journey itself is part of the fun.

I realy advice to read some reviews first, befor you order. I am not so deep in the game, but have seen many reps in person. They are different in many ways, all have flaws, some are big flaws, some models have minor flaws.

After all, everybody wants the perfect rep, but the perfect rep for me is not the perfect rep for you.

^^^what they all said. I can advise on using Google for your research. Add "...site:forum.replica-watch.info" to your research and you'll get all you need right from rwi.
There's a couple of quite extensive threads on the DJ41 where you'll get all the info you'll need.
My 2 cents, as far as I'm concerned, today I'd go with clean factory, I wouldn't spend the mark-up on VSF, that's a hype originating from the Phoenix-rise of VSF after last year's raids.

I picked up the VSF Dj41 in Rhodium ( dark grey ) from a M2M sale here this week and I am hugely impressed. Parked in the winder next to a genuine 36mm blue DJ it actually makes the gen look bad! you can't see the sunburst on the blue very well in this pix, but believe me she pops in real life - but the grey dj41 VSF is pretty good too.

not to my knowledge. Winds perfect, keeps good time and doesn't have a noisy rotor or anything grinding.... but as I told the member when they sold it to me "are you sure you didn't send me a gen by mistake".... its really pretty good for the money.
