I'm new to the forum so I thought I would post my first Rolex build.
I started with a Gen Rolex 15000 case, dial, crown and bracelet. I used a hangzhou 6460 movement (eta 2836 clone) with rolex rep. hands. The movement was set in place by using a Raffles #2 movement ring. This fit the case very well. The next step was to remove the dial feet from the dial and glue or secure the dial to the movement ring. I next used a datewheel overlay with Rolex font so the date would line up with the Gen dial. I ordered a vintage 60's bracelet, not correct for the watch was still Gen and I got a great deal on it. I should also note that I had to order a seconds hand with a 1mm post because the cannon pinion on hangzhou is recessed.
