Rolex Batman - Clean DD3285 vs GEN

So the unbelievable happened and I got a call from my AD to collect my GMT Batman.

As I have the Clean Dang Dong rep too I thought the RWI family would appreciate some comparison shots.

On the wrist there is literally nothing to it. Not for a passer but to spot anyway.

The differences in the hand are:

1. The bezel numerals - they are super bright on the Gen. side by side you can tell easily.
2. The bracelet is not as well made on the rep. Everything is a little more perfect on the gen.
3. Bezel movement. It’s crap on the clean. Terrible. Gen feels so good!
4. Winding / setting. Gen is a feeling to behold.
5. Polishing. The clean is good but the gen is next level.
6. Rehaut. Gen engraving is more finished and neater.
7. Crystal. The dial looks super black on gen. I guess that’s because if the crystal.

I’ll try and do some more pics when I can.

@LongyUK you should try to clean the insert with a soft toothbrush and soapy water. I posted somewhere a similar comparison and that makes a big difference as rep insert numbers tend to get dirty much faster than Gen's. Just make sure the watch is waterproof

No offense but I couldn't spot a thing . Congrats on the call from the AD though. Ive also held a gen and a clean dd version still couldn't tell maybe slightly on the brushing.
