Rolex Bamford Snowtrooper Submariner - The Unveiling!

Well, I finally received my two Bamford Rolex Submariners and want to share with you the unveiling of the Snowtrooper. When compared to a few pics of the genuine model by Bamford I think it is very close to the original but you can also be the judge.

Watch feels well made and has a nice look to it. It also has the honeycomb dial which at a angle or in sunlight looks great. From my research Bamford offers both the white date wheel or the black one. The white date wheel gives it that "White Out" look however, the black date dial I presume could be a mod if someone wanted it or see if a dealer could request one.

Overall, from my initial impressions of it, I like it. Here are the unveiling pics.

How come all I can think of is the polar Explorer when I see this? Don't hate it, but not sure I like it either. The white bezel is.....interesting?

It's a Asian 21j 2813 movement and yes, it is an acquired taste as far as its style. Smooth sweeping hand and date wheel lines up well.
