This is my 1680 Red Sub and in my opinion it's a perfect budget build without going wild on Vietnam case, Italian bracelet, gen parts, and so on.

I reached out to the previous owner of this watch after seeing him post a pic to ask if he would sell it to me. He agreed to sell me just the head and disclosed that he buggered up the keyless works somehow. When I got it I took a look under the hood and saw that it needed a new set lever. Thankfully Legend was able to come to the rescue and supply me with the part that he sent along with the Nautilus that I had on comission with him for my brother. I have included pics of multiple dates to show it can be set, along with the time and manual winding. All functions check out and this movement keeps excellent time.

I have also reworked the lugs and softened the chamfer, redrilled and deburred the lug holes, polishing by hand, installed gen spec springbars with flat ends, and raffles bracelet, clasp, and end links that I hand filed to a perfect fit which took a very long time.
The bezel is a bit stiff to rotate how I set it up now as it was a bit too free before and I always like to leave centered at 12. It can be loosened to spin freely if you prefer. Let me know and I'll take care of it.
I originally paid $876 + shipping. Then I got the set lever for $40 and the Raffles parts + springbars for let's call it another $50.
I am asking $800 via PP f&f shipping included to USA / UK / Canada. I guarantee customs clearance to USA and UK or your $ back in full, and after clearance the rest of the trip is in the hands of the watch Gods. I am happy to ship worldwide but I can not make a customs clearance guarantee to any other country.
