Rolex 16610LV insert Questions

Hello guys
I bought this insert from Italy.
Seller told me it removed from a 16610LV F serial submariner.
He sold it 100% genuine but I don't know.
Is it genuine?
I can't find that matching point B1~B5 LV insert.

It looks like a B5 to me. Check the 40's and compare. Often the light, depending on the source can alter the colors. I always go by the number font.
You don't have a gen LV insert in my opinion. Someone did a number on the pearl though. Probably replaced once incorrectly per the scratches on the back. Some people remove the good pearls and replace with damaged ones and sell the insert atvtop dollar. They keep the good pearls for themselves. That's the way the Rolex parts market rolls on the web. Sometimes you win, but mostly you lose as far as perfection. I always refer to one of our SV's to procure those hard to come by way overpriced Rolex parts. Still, very nice looking insert, it's gen.
