Rolex 16610 lv bezel gen or fake

I saw this on eBay and I think the bezel and the insert in the pics is legit. Specially the scallops shape, graduations on the insert and back of pearl in the insert looks genuine rolex but want to hear your opinions. Inputs are welcome.

Gen, but the insert is in bad shape, there's a big ding at 53 mins, the teeth on the ring are quite worn and the bezel ring looks to have damage at 53 mins and may also be slightly twisted at 30 mins.

Trip is as normal, 100% correct. Very bad condition insert. Bezel teeth and rest look ok. I like a little worn. Miss my old 16800!!!
