Hello friends. I've put a ton of work into this one, but just not wearing it much. I still prefer this version over the new Daytonas. Something about the subdial rings on the new ones looks disproportionate to me. But to each their own! CF did an amazing job with this model. I've worked on many movements can honestly say that the quality and finishing on this super clone is incredible, on par with watches in the $2k-5k range. This thing will probably last forever. Out of the box, CF took it most of the way there, and I've taken it the rest of the way by upgrading the parts that I think make the most impact. I'm obsessed with the feel of bracelets after handling the gen, and although the rep bracelets look fantastic, I haven't been satisfied with the feel. Gen bracelets have a certain solid and buttery feel that the reps just haven't been able to achieve. When I received the bracelet, the polished midlinks were a bit scratched, so I repolished them back to near flawless (apologies for some dust in the photos). The brushed sections still looked great, so I left them alone. The bracelet feels so luxurious and looks gorgeous. NOTE: The bracelet came from the post linked below, which did not include the clasp, so the clasp is CF, not gen. I've also installed a gen dial and crystal to make this build look and feel almost indistinguishable from gen. I'd be totally comfortable handing this watch to anyone without concern for getting called out. But now I'm thinning the collection, and haven't been wearing this one enough to justify keeping it. I hope this watch finds someone who will enjoy it as much as I have. The CF bracelet will be included in the sale.
