The fascinating MilSub line stopped at the 5517. This Concept represents what a 5-digits MilSub 16617 could have looked like. The watch has been designed for maximum legibility under stress
The case has been extensively reshaped to flowing, organic looking drilled lugs that fit 2mm springbars. The CG have been slimmed and crown lowered. The tube had been replaced (retaped M3x0.35) no countersink
The case is now 39mm dia and and caseback slimmed to get to 13.5mm thick.
Crystal and bezel insert have 16610 dimensions
Unilateral click bezel
Movement regulated, gaskets changed.
The dial has Maxi markers that go well with the sword hands and the Sea-Dweller style slanted rehaut adds to the ease of reading.
A blue-grey faded full line insert adds to the rogue look.
I feel this watch has a bit of a Ginault flair to it.
