Didn't know that! A great lesson in buying when you see war you like - coz you never know when it will be gone!

I'm never wear mine enough.

I guess you might have to buy a watch with the movement and guts it

You can buy cheap old watches from Romania with Molnija 3602 movement inside from eBay at around 50$ shipped.
The transplant is not that hard to do.
The main problem is that if you got a 6154 from River or somebody else it's most likely fitted with an asian6497 and the cannon pin from the Molnija and the 6497 are different and the hands won't fit.
What you'll have to do is cut the part that fit around the canon pin from your Romanian hands and glue it nicely under the 6154 hands.
The caliber of the Molnija is slightly smaller from the 6154, so you'll also have to fit a movement ring of 0.5mm, I used a very small wire.
And here's the result:

You should check Ebay out. That is where I get most of my Molnija movements from:cheese:

Before you buy, keep in mind that most of them are old movements. And there might be a change that they need to be serviced. Otherwise you will be disappointed. I talk from my own experience...

Another great place to start would be to talk to one of our vintage specialists here: RWI Member Ice Gee (Also known as Vintage G)

Here is a link to a fantastic Rolerai that he made:
http://forum.replica-watch.info/vb/showthread.php/grail-project-rolex-131146

He has a website that showcases his work and I am pretty sure he sells his creations as well. He could possibly advise you on a project or like you asked for, even sell you a finished one.

Best of luck
