I had difficulties with Italian customs.

@Robsen was extremely helpful, spending hours to deal with Royal mail and was able to solve the situation.
Without him probably my watch could have disappeared or worse.

Excellent packaging, precise pictures, sense of humor and patience.
Really I considered myself blessed to have found such a great guy.
