Worked with Lucy to get an RM055, white with red. Being the first "quality" rep I've ever purchased I was a bit hesitant with the outlay of cash but her responsiveness and professionalism were amazing. I really wanted an RM011 White Demon but that rep isn't available so I went with this and I love it. She would keep me updated constantly on the status and the QC process was great. There was even a slight issue with a pen mark on the original strap so since she couldn't get it out she sent me a brand new strap with the original strap that had the pen mark on it. I get mistakes happen but she handled it perfect and was up front about the whole thing.
Definitely will order from her again and highly recommend.
