Super easy to deal and communicate with Elliot (Andiot) via whatsapp!!! He was super useful and clarified the watches are insured so if customs takes them, there will be a refund or will send a new one free of charge.

I asked for a RM055 BBR V3 NTPT ALL BLACK and he confirmed the availability in China, cost 530$ with 30$ shipping to UK (447£).

I also asked for a nylon strap and additional info which he will find out for me!

26/04/2024- Paid today a deposit of 47£ + transaction fees via Revolut to his bank account.

Will pay the remaining sum once the watch arrives in UK.

QC expected in 3-5 days. I will update the thread once I get an update!!!

STAFF EDIT: there’s been a mutual agreement on resolution and the two parties are working on resolving this issue amicably.

30/04/2024 - Contacted Elliot for an update via whatsapp, they haven’t received the watch yet due to a “china holiday”. He said I should expect news about the 7th of May. Will keep this updated.

03/05/2024 - Received the initial QC pics. One screw seems lose and I haven't received any pics of the case back, so waiting for additional pictures. The amplitude is a bit high, but within rage, so I am okay with it. The watch seems great!

05/05 - Case back photo received, all good. Still waiting for photos of the screws. Looking forward to get this done and get it shipped.

08/05 - QC approved and got offered also a free screwdriver!!! Amazing! Paid the remaining 400£ and fees via Revolut. Transaction successfull, now just waiting for delivery!! Will post pics as soon as received.

17/05 - order arrived in only 7 days!!! Great service, HOWEVER the watch case was damaged on arrival…..

Elliot does not take the responsibility as the QC were okay, but this is clearly a fault of overpressure on the NTPT case….

What to say….. I don’t know but I wish for at least a partial refund

Thanks for the review.

Let me clarify couple of aspect below;

1. We did fully QC check on this watch before Shipping out with permission from client (It's pointless for us to damage that watch as seller to damage our reputation)


2. Our policy has been cleared to cover the arriving damage if that ever happens, However, the most important is we need the case with plastic foam on every section of the watch in terms of Sapphire, Clasp, Case(Frame),Bracelet.

What is brand new to our client, which shall be the same condition brand new back to us if it is not the movement failure


From this case, We have so far received a video with plastic coverage on the frame at the end then jumped to the pic without plastic coverage But claiming it's ''damaged'' without a full coverage which is not covered by the return policy. Because that really makes our seriou QC process useless and policy like nothing Because no one follows.

You are more than welcome to ship it back to us follow our instruction without holding it while asking for partial refund

it will damage our policy and rulse in future. You can get full refund by returning it to us.

First of all, I appreciate your help trying to discuss this issue.

It is a very unfortunate event as the QC was perfect and your service was great as stated many times.

HOWEVER, the watch arrived damaged! I stopped the video as the thick plastic cover over the case required more effort to be removed. I could not see the defect without removing the plastic.

There is plenty of photos and evidence of all the packaging and the area damaged.

I am not convinced about shipping back to China for obvious customs issues as happened in the past to me, especially with RM.

I am considering your offer, but i have not decided yet as the offer is still very low.

I apologise for the delay and for the issue, but it is not my fault!! You offer an excellent service, but this was a very unfortunate event and I cannot accept a damaged NTPT watch for 447£.

If u have the full evidence to accusing it's damaged on arrival that makes sense rather than jumping over and cutting the video to picture.

It's no necessary for people to keep a watch if ''damaged'' on arrival, u ship back we cover the cost, I will not leave a claimed ''damaged'' watch on arrival with client but asking for refund, it's not a free watch, thanks.

I have the evidence, reviewed the picture of QC and the additional QC after screw adjustment you can see the crack was there…

Watches arrvied as ''damaged'' claimed by you without a complete evidence chain from video to pic there is cutting and jumping off to.

It's alright we don't want to argue with you, follow our instruction, send it back to us we give u full refund, we can eat it up ourselves, but we dont want to let people keep watch ask for refund. Watch is not free.
