Any members got the idea what tools to use to remove the steel folding links on such as the 7206 strap for length adjustment? I tried prying them off a srewdriver but ruined the shape of link and broke one of the link already, and my 7206 is gen.!
Thanks

There is a difference between a folded link bracelet and a rivet bracelet - a 7206 is riveted together.

You can remove links by opening them, but it requires skill and experience. If you've already damaged your bracelet then you should stop what you are doing and take it to a professional, a 7206 in good condition these days is worth $2000, but I suspect yours isn't genuine.

Thanks for directing me to the link.
So it really is that PITA to adjust the folded links bracelets. Making dents, scratches, bending seems inevitable. They are nice bracelets but why Rolex has such a stupid way of adjusting the lengths......

With such issues, I always go to my very old local watchmaker, he shortened my gen. Expandable Bracelet in no time, hes able to drill out and replace broken pins, screws and that stuff, which I couldnt (although I am a Dentist and experienced dental technician and have all the tools) do, is a piece of cake for him, usually can wait for the task, and costs very little money. Dont bother trying it by yourself.
