River 6152/1... NOS or Mod?

Just received this from River and I found myself loving the new look of this 47mm vintage model. I just can't bear to send it for aging mods. I have other 6152 coming in soon. Maybe I should just keep this as it is until later.

River has lightly aged the hands though. Nice job, I must say.

What do you think? NOS or mod?

Keep it as is its a beauty, and trail and error on another one. My experience is that aging/modding can be done in so many ways that there is always something you like/dislike.

Aging mods sometimes is creative destruction, sometimes just a cover-up of faults and mistakes. You decide: the River 6152 looks great.

That's really nice. Got a 217 due in from Toro, can't wait. Love the big dome, just hope my wrists can pull off 47mm.
