Review: ZF v2 Tudor Pelagos Blue 25600TB

Hey folks, although there are already several other peeps who have done a review on this beauty, i believe credit should be given when due and in this case the latest Tudor Blue Pelagos by ZF. I'm well amazed by ZF's rendition of the Blue Pelagos, the blue hues, the finishing all screams superb quality OTB compared to the V6F's variant of the same watch. I just had to do a short simple brief review, the version used in this review is the latest Blue Tudor Pelagos 1:1 from ZF. Remarks: pictures were taken both indoors and outdoor using an iphone 6+ and the blue hue is true to the picture and the gen.

Watch head with titanium bracelet taken at different angles, sapphire crystal on this watch by ZF is very well done and rather close to the genuine.

Tudor Shield engraving on the crown is well defined and crisp.

Titanium Bracelet has very nice defined brushed finishing and all the screws easy to remove for bracelet sizing.

Pelagos Deployant Buckle - a mini engineering feat in its own way and well made by ZF!

Lumeshot - literally like-a-torch with the aqua blue glow!

Wristies:

At the same time, i wish to share additional pics of the ZF Blue Pelagos vs Gen Comparo if you havent seen them yet!

In summary - the Tudor Blue Pelagos made by ZF is an awesome watch OTB, colours are spot on to the gen, finishing is very very close to the real thing, it can well be considered in the running as one of the best reps for 2016! Go get one for yourself and enjoy its beauty!

thanks for the kind words, i usually do not do reviews on watches unless its a very convincingly made piece and this the Pelagos from ZF is one such fine example! The weight of the watch is light due to it being titanium, but have not really had a chance to weight it against the gen but i believe it would be quite close. my wrist size is between 7.5-8"

You mentioned the titanium clasp and mechinism, its my understanding that the Gen has a ss clasp and case back.

Can you comment, having both in the same location?

sorry my mistake if i've did mentioned so. yes you are correct the clasp and caseback of the ZF Pelagos Blue here is made from SS too but with the same satin finished as per the rest of the titanium parts of the watch as per the genuine.

Hi yes they do. But this is the initial model with just 2 lines of text.
Some prefer this model.
