I’m looking for the answer for “Who has the Best Panerai?†in 2 years. I bought several PAMs include DSN and so called ultimate versions, but I could not satisfied them.

When I found Little Hero’s PAM at here, I think “it is GEN “and envy his collection. Before long, I became aware he is independent watch engineer and makes a new dial. I was immediately thrilled with it, but hesitate to purchase because the price is so high.

But now, I have Little Hero’s PAM 00111H, let's take a look at this watch.

Model: Little Hero’s 00111H A+ version

DIAL:
As we know, the dial of Little Hero is BEST, there are no competitor at this moment. You can find faparisi’s GREAT review of LH dial at here: http://repgeek.com/showthread.php?t=38367

Dial is very important because it distinguishes between REP and GEN, LH dial is hard to guess it is a not GEN without loupe. Dial is a little bit shine at the front of lighting, but it is not serious problem to me, preferably I like this because it gives out smell of GEN :D

Of course, cannon pinion mod is excellent.

CROWN GUARD:
Crown guard was brushed and well-shaped; it is too tight to open because if it is loose, there is possibility of waterproof-problem he said. Frankly, I have no expectation about waterproof in PAM but he concern, he is not a sales man; he is a skilled watch engineer.

ACCURACY:
I can't say enough about the accuracy of this watch. I watched this 4 days without regulation, gaining was about 15 seconds; it means +4 sec per day, that’s enough!

LUME:
Lume-color on the hands and numbers is same as Vaccumed one. But it is not too strong in compare with Vaccumed. Little Hero change his lume to 60% of C3 and 40% of C1, I don’t know exactly what it mean but maybe new version of his watch have improved. Here is no lume-picture, it is hard to take the picture.

MOVEMENT:
You can find deep information about mov at here: http://repgeek.com/showthread.php?t=46410
Re-polishing edges of main-plate and bridges, gears are polishing treatment, as a result, back space was glittering like white-gold, it’s simply beautiful!

I can feel ‘sharp distinction’ during wind up, it means gears be wound up definitely from winding stem to Ratchet Wheel. You can find sanding and polishing process of gears at here: http://repgeek.com/showthread.php?t=42646

Unfortunately, engraving of my watch is old-type, out of box engraving. I will swap it to new one.

CONS.
First, The price is high. Mine is $650, I could buy 2 PAMs at the same money.
Second, The glass is not sapphire, mineral glass with a blue tint.

CONCLUSION:
Little Hero PAM is best out of box doubtless at this moment. But price is over the usually REP. But the point is this: Is Little Hero PAM worth it? YES.

I know I can buy 2 PAMs at the same money, but I want to have a best watch not only appearance but movement. I think he does not have mercenary spirit, if I were he, I will sell only changed dial at $400~450. But he is a skilled watch engineer, he has self-confidence he is watch engineer. That’s why I would buy 112, and 183 from him.

imo....

you are overrating this watch.

whats special with 15 sec in 4 days ? every watch can easily be regulated like that.....a matter of patience.

the dial fonts are way to fat and intense....the movement finish is as good / bad as Davidsen.

the OP engraving on the movement is to fat, incorrect colour.

the CG lever sits not flush with the CG ( unaligned )

that what i saw from looking 1 min at it.

and that watch costs.....how much ??

Alright, boys, let's keep the animosity to a minimum, please. We all have our own opinions about "good" and "bad" reps, or "overpriced" or "worth it" reps. Please keep in mind that your opinion is just that, yours. No one is right and no one is wrong.

ok, i agree.

its a A+ replica. swiss grade A+.

soon there might be a A++ upgrade.

no doubt, not a bad rep, but not as excellent and perfect as praised.

by the way, we always discuss reps here, and share opinions.

this was mine.

I don't think it's over rated.....

It's just WAY TOO FREAKEN OVER PRICED....

I kinda regret helping him becoming a dealer.....(he told me he will lower the price once he starts selling some and make up his previous loss in production but it's not happening yet.....and it looks unlikely to happen...)

I won't spend $1,000 on a fake watch.....especially when the actual watch costs only 1/3 of the selling price.

Have to agree with you there.... and to be honest, even with the improvements, as nice as they are... there are still tells that are quite noticeable if you know the brand...
