I am fairly new to the rep world and after a couple of purchases from other TDs, I decided to give Steve a go. I ordered one watch on 11 January (a GMT Master II Bruce Wayne). Steve turned around the QC photos in two days and the watch was perfect. I then asked if he had a Glashütte SeaQ available in black. He told me to give him a couple of days. Right on time, a couple of days later, he sent QC pics for the SeaQ and it was also perfect. I then finalized payment, Steve shipped both watches together promptly, and he sent me the tracking number. I had both watches in hand on 25 January. They were both as described.
My interactions with Steve were *by far* the easiest and fastest I've had with a TD. If you think about it, two weeks for two watches - one added mid-transaction - from order to watches in hand is an amazing level of service. When you factor in the fact that we were right on the cusp of CNY, Steve's fast turnaround is even more surprising. From this point forward, Steve will be my go-to for replicas.
