my watch arrives in UK 2022-04-26

I have reached out to Steve (whatsapp) and asked why it is not being sent from UK. I have sent many many texts asking for an update.

the answer has been that ”the guy” is on vacation and cannot make this.

so it has been a hazzle all the way.

compared to ordering from Sead (5 stars) this has been a nightmare.

I really hope that the watch will show up but I am not so sure anymore ????

Hello

I know that Steve is trusted dealer. Thats the reason why I first chose to order from him.

But, as stated above, I do think that you can expect more and of a professional order process.

I compare with Sead (also a TD here) which was a total different experience!

I have been offered compensation on my next order though…. Yaaay! Don’t think that will happen in this century.

Nice!!! You are right about. I know we're expecting alot from them. My experience with Steve i went with him because of current stock he had I could not get from another TD. I saw reviews that he is great. BTW the watch is a beaut ????. Hope you get yours soon and enjoy it

I know in a perfect world we order it. Expect the qc in a day or 2. GL it and then within a couple days tracking is sent out and you got the shipment done lol :lol:

I Do understand that sometimes things happen and delayed but all those ”sorry for delay” and ”the guy is on vacation for two weeks” does not make it for me

I will have to go with Sead again, he is the best!

Just regret that I thought it might be a good idea to test out more TD order places. And, Steve could source this one.

Im right there with you. Im in the same boat waiting for my tracking. My post is under yours lol. I never ordered from Sead. Im sure each TD is different

apologize for this, it's our fault that make you waiting for these long days. We promise won't happen again. This time is just for accident.

Nowadays he will ship out in two days after he received the parcels.

He is arranging for shipping now and hope it can arrived soon.

Thanks for the reply.

I Do understand that sometimes things go wrong. But with that said, I think you can find different ways to handle the problem.

It is always a good thing to bring this to the customer (me in this case) as soon as possible. In my case, I have contacted you so many times asking for an update.

I hope that my watch will arrive soon, so I can start wearing it.

As time goes by, all seems to be forgiven/forgotten. But I will think twice to order from you again.

So, finally the watch is delivered.

after quiet a while my watch landed in the postoffice today.
