Hello everyone,
this is my first post on RWI for a review of trusted dealer.
I bought this watch on PureTime website with crypto payment.

TOTAL = 468$ + 100$ servicing + 25$ shipping = 593$ - 5% discount crypto payment = 563$
12/06/19 -> order on PT website.
13/06/19 -> received information for payment + confirmation payment same day.
14/06/19 -> received QC picture. I ask for new QC picture
15/06/19 -> received new QC picture. I accept the watch
17/06/19 -> buy servicing by PT on website
18/06/19 -> received information for payment + confirmation payment same day for servicing
...
wait more than 1 month for my servicing.
22/07/19 -> received QC picture about servicing. All look good, I accept it.
23/07/19 -> received my tracking number of the parcel.
02/08/19 -> received watch.
I want to say, PureTime's Team answer me quickly about all my email. There do really good job about this
From buying to received the watch, 1 month and half.
Here follow HQ picture about QC picture + Servicing + Watch in my hand.
I have a big disappointed on 2 things on the watch.
When i received QC picture, ALL WAS GOOD.
but when i received the watch, there was a problem on the dial and clasp.
1- On dial, with can see on my picture the "G" from GMT letter are break. the line fall down. that was after servicing, because like you can see, from the QC picture there was no problem.
2- On the clasp, we can see some trace of wear, same as the dial, there wasn't on QC picture.
I guess this problem come from after servicing.
If anyone want specific part of the watch in HQ picture, I can do it.
I will see with PT what happen and what next and how to fix this problems.
I would like to thank PT team for the work, they was nice and really professional with me.
