Over Christmas, I had worked with Steve to get a Gray Rhodium Yachtmaster (C126622). I had originally ask for a 37mm ARF as I suspected my wrist was too small for the 40mm, and due to ARF facing difficulties, he recommended I go with the 40mm from Clean (which is the better quality watch anyway).
Before QC came along, I happened to visit a Rolex store and try the 40mm and unfortunately found out that it indeed was a big too big. I went back to Steve and asked if I could cancel the order since QC was not complete yet. Steve was courteous, polite, and refunded the money right away, despite having the watch ready for QC.
I wanted to make sure this was mentioned as I appreciate this kind of integrity and quality service, and I will buy my next rep from him for that reason. Him being responsive was also much appreciated. Now to just find a watch I want that is around 46 lug to lug!
