Return Bar broken on my A2824

Hi,
I have this lovely looking AP Diver JF v7 for 3 months. I`ve used it for 10 times max and just after a longer break when I tried to set up time the crown started to spinning with no response. Long story short the Return Bar is broken.
I have now following option:

1. TD offered to help, but shipping is a problem - expensive and risky due to customs etc.
2. Replace the whole movement - please recommend if I should upgrade for ETA2824-2 or stay with A2824? – I can find on ebay seagull 2824-2 for £60 or valavron for £110
3. Install new Return Bar –I prefer this option but I am unable to find one and my TD is saying that factory is not selling parts or movements, please help with sourcing new Return Bar for A2824 as I would really like to try this.

Send it to a RWI watchsmith. The turn around time will be a lot quicker.

Thanks for your quick reply. I don't know any RWI watch smiths in western Europe.
I will not hide that I will like to fix it myself at this stage.

Just to update. I have sorted the issue myslef. I`ve got return bar from original 2824 from USA ebay. I`ve managed to fit this after 4 hours of playing. Everything is honky dory. Thanks all for your suggestions here and others for advising on buying 2824 movements and other clones because spares are much easier to source.
