Has anyone recently been experiencing communication challenges with Chazing Time? To be fair, the process has been seamless in prior orders, yet the past 2 weeks have been challenging. I have an outstanding order for a VSF for over 9 weeks without QC pictures and now it's difficult to get a response. Checking to see if anyone else is experiencing the same challenge.

Hey mate. I’ve been waiting 2months for QC with ChazingTime, but I’m trusting the process as the model I want isn’t popular (MKF Omega). I’m sure when they have news they’ll reach out, but if there’s no update from the factory then there’s no point in me hounding them.

If you don’t want to wait much longer, I’m sure they’ll let you change to a different model or refund you if you ask them (y)

Lack of communication sucks… unfortunately in this game the response time seems to be very haphazard, but trust in the process it will eventually come to fruition.

if you‘ve ever tried to sell a house with an uncommunicative real estate agent you’ll realise that this current problem is not worth anything to sweat over. Hope you hear something soon. 😉

the process with CT has always been perfect. I ordered a VSF datejust on 23rd April, I received the QC pics yesterday {4th May} which I approved, and notification for pending shipping today (5th May).

I'm not getting timely responses. It's been 4 weeks since I placed my order and no QC. Getting concerned.

To receive your order promptly, consider choosing a watch that is more readily available from them. With 30 orders placed, I've learned to simply forget about my order until I hear from them as constantly counting the days can be frustrating.

You’ll be fine. They’re TDs for a reason. Out of interest what piece have you ordered? I waited nearly three months from placing the order to receiving, because it was such a niche piece. Patience is key in this game, but if you don’t want to wait you can always reach out to CT and change to a different piece or request a refund (y)
