Response and Resolution Regarding NePitai's Stolen Package

1,about my post man,

I have a regular courier,he is not only worked for me,he worked for some other TDs also,so I trust him,
I have asked him whether send hats for other dealers,he said never,his company only send watches or bags for dealers in the market,so the package should be stolen in the process of deliver,

2,about reply slow of this thing,

It's not that I intentionally delayed responding to you,in most time,I am waiting my post man's reply also,
my main work are get the watches,QC and test,deal with QC problems,then send the watches out,all watches packaged by myself,I give the packages to my post man and tell him to choose the most safe shipping method for me,but after the package send out by courier company,I can't control the route of shipping and I can't control the time to arrive also,
the courier company is very busy,it doesn't serve just me alone,my courier needs to return to the company to check previous delivery documents,which can sometimes be quick and other times quite slow,sometime,these courier company will destroy all waybills to avoid the raids too,so until I receive valid information,I am unable to give you a reply.

3,about the resolution

At before,I had told you that if the package was seized,I will let my customer change a new address,I will resend another new package to them,but I will only resend the new package once time,if the second new package was seized again,I won't refund and won't resend the third package out,I did like that always in the last 12 years,to all my customers are the same,
but if the package was stolen or other reasons,for example,the address is wrong,or need change address after the package send out,etc,I will only try my best to help my customers,but won't resend another new package out and won't refund for it,

last year,I have 12 packages were seized,I resend all these packages to my customers already,
and confirmed all of them got the second package already,I did all things which a honest dealer should do,I have a clear conscience,

this time,I've been talking to my courier,trying my best to let him provide some documents which can help you claim from the post office/Royal Mail,in the meanwhile,you repeatedly post some very harsh words about me on my area of RWI,which I find really hard to accept,

because we had a good experience before about our first order,so I never doubted you yet,however,the statements you've made indicate that you have never trusted me and have attempted to dissuade others from trusting me as well, which saddens me deeply,

no matter what,based on our first order is normal,I trust your package was stolen this time,
I will resend a new package to you,you need give me a new address,I will send it to you after I finish all work,
before send it out,I will take pics of the package and write your name on the package,but only this time,I won't resend the third package to you,

I repeat:if the package is seized,I will resend another new package to my customer,
but if the package is stolen,or other reasons,I will only help my customers deal with it,but won't resend another new package out,

from last year to now,caused by the packages were seized by the customs,I have compensated a lot of money already,include this time,in fact,your package was stolen is not my responsibility,all that I have done is because I insist on fulfilling what a TD should uphold,
