Requesting Owners of PAM092 *A7750 version*

... for factory original lume shots, and relumed shots, if any. Would appreciate too if you have wrist shots compared to a marina.

Am currently holding this watch as one of my watchlist and am trying to plan which to go for next.

Actually, I'm already in love with this watch and my mind is already set to get it. Am just looking for some warning on possible flaws so I know where to set the expectations. This usually happens when I happen to love the watch a lot, or when it has too many details to watch out for on the price.

On the CG, how is it poor? Is is on the loose lever (like pic below?) or too thin?

Here's some quick pics and review

Compared to the previous batch with the wrong date font (I have one), the factory has done quite a bit of improvements on the ultimate version

Plus points are

- Cyclop mag power is good
- Date font is correct
- AR is satisfying
- Thick crown
- Lume is fairly satisfying (find out why in bad points below)
- Rubber strap is good and feel comfortable when you wear it
- As usual, the deployant is well copied and close tight
- I think the thickness for the ultimate version is correct as compared to the previous batch which is slightly thinner (by 2mm)

Bad points goes for

- Crown guard lever is too "square" at the tip
- Flimsy bezel (feel too light and very loose) unlike the previous batch which is tight when you rotate it
- The lume on the hour markers are not filled up probably. Some too little and some are ok. Previous batch are alot better as the lume is evenly filled on each hour marker.
- The font for the letter "C" engraved on the caseback is a dead giveaway. Same goes for the previous batch
- The production number and BB number are placed incorrectly (they are however arranged correctly on the previous batch but the production number eg. GXXX/500 is still missing - another dead giveaway)

In summary, I will definitely go for the ultimate. The correct date font is the only things that drives me to get one. Since I have one from the previous bath, I think I will do a case and dial switch so that I can have a super super rep.

Great review, taiji! It's a good comparison with the previous one. I'd definitely go for the ultimate then.

On the lume fill on the previous 21J version you mentioned better than the ultimate, how are the crispiness of the fonts and the height of the markers? Are they the same? Do you have a lume shot to show how good they are?

The rep factory uses the same dial. So both version font are crisp and sharp. If the lume on the ultimate version are filled up properly. I see no difference between the 2 version.

The lume is not the type you see from vaccum's work. It is of standard rep lume brightness (close to our UPO).

One more bad point to list out is that the metallic strip going aroung the lume marker is supposed to be black not sliver which is used on both versions. But trust me, under normal lighting or unless the person stick the watch to his eyes. It is very hard to tell.

If you are really serious to make this a super rep.

- Get the lume work done by our expert member here
- Change the CG if you can find one good one
- Tighten the bezel insert
- Paint the metallic strip black

One more important thing to take note. I notice that the cyclop quality differ from one watch to another. Meaning to say the although it magnify the date font display but some poor cyclop tends to "over-stretch" the date dislay making it look abit distorted. Mine as you can see is very good. The date display is clearly display within the cyclop.
