Replica Bracelet for 42mm SO Abyss

Hi I'm new to the forum. Apologies if this has been answered in another post. I have been looking but can't find it.

I have just bought a gen 42mm SO, which comes with a rubber strap. I want to get an SS bracelet for it but don't want to spend on a genuine one. Is there anywhere I could get a replica? I've seen on another post that you can't get one for the 42mm, but perhaps for the 44mm, which can be sanded down to fit the lugs... I would probably prefer that as I like the width of the bigger bracelet.

Hello and welcome to the forum.

Yes, the lug size of the abyss is 20mm. I would not recommend sanding down the bracelet (from a esthetic point of view), but that’s up to you.
You can send any Thrusted Dealer here on RWI a email asking for the bracelet, you can also try a ‘want to buy’ add in the sales section.

I only looked for cheap based on OP's parameters. It would look better than sanding a 22mm to fit 20mm lug to lug. I don't have one of these. I just searched and it came up.

No luck with the TDs so far. Hit the button on the unmarked ebay one mentioned by Surf, which I think is the same one suggested by tkingjr, but not on Amazon UK which is where I am located.

If one of the TDs comes back with something I may get one from them too.

Apologies for the delayed response... I got the one suggested by Surf from ebay. When it arrived the quality was pretty rough, so I ended up buying a used 22mm colt gen of ebay, and grinding down the lugs to fit. It actually looked great to me. Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures and have now sold the watch!
