Replacing Crystal on 111

I received my 111h from Angus today and it's a great watch except for the awful blue AR of course. I want to either get this removed (don't know where - I'm uk based) or get a Taka crystal and have it fitted.

Is fitting a replacement crystal something I could do myself? I only have a very basic watchmakers kit that i've only ever used for bracelet adjustments, replacements etc..

You can remove the AR yourself. There is a tuto in the tuto section.

To remove the crystal it is best to have a crystal press which you can pick up on ebay pretty cheap.
