I have a nice Carrera 7750 on the way and as most people know the blue screws are a big tell. Does anyone know where I can get replacement silver heads from ? Also how easy is it to do the swap ? I'm sure I can manage this myself but it looks like one of the screws in not accessible unless a bridge or spring or something is removed and I don't want to go there really.

Replacing the screws was the first work I ever did inside an automatic watch, and it still works perfectly :)

So it's quite easy. One screw (the leftmost one in your picture) was under a spring, a bit tricky but I did it with the spring in place. I had two blue screws under the balance, I didn't touch them.

I used this as a guide (includes shopping list): http://forum.replica-watch.info/vb/showthread.php/blue-screws-again-129443
