Replacing asian 7750 parts with gen parts -->possible?

I'm having a dissasembled asian 7750 in front of me and have following problem:

the second wheel with long lower pivot and the pallet fork are fucked up (lower pivot broken, crystals on the fork are missing).

the clutch spring is missing too.

Here's my question: do these parts fit in my asian 7750 if I order them at cousins (original parts).

Anyone having experiences with replacing parts?

If it's not possible, can anyone source me where to get an "asian 7750 movement" only?
