I really like my BVF Santos, but I’m not a fan of the Miyota movement. I’d also dearly like to fit a gen date wheel to whatever the movement may be.
The hands on the Miyota are adequate but I really don’t mind changing hand collet dimensions and abandoning these hands, provided I can find new hands to go on a new movement, of course.
I’m having real difficulty finding info on the gen hands’ collet diameters as the cognate watch uses a funky Cartier in house movement… so not entirely sure where to begin just yet!
Any help with my lack of knowledge and acumen here appreciated.
