Replacement screw for Crown PAM56

I had a screw fail out and was hoping someone could guide me to find a replacement. Need a screw for the crown guard.

Will something like this on ebay work?

Any help or recommendations for getting a replacement screw are much appreciated.

Great watch! I congratulate you that you have them! Yes, they sell screws on Ebay, and you can also pick them up in almost any watch or glasses repair workshop, in size. The only thing that is interesting is whether the screws for the titanium case are titanium?
